How it works
Booking talent, without the chasing
How it works
From brief to showtime in four steps
You deal with one team. We deal with the agents, paperwork and payments.
- 01
Share your brief
Event date, city, audience and budget. It takes two minutes.
- 02
We check availability
Our team confirms the date and terms with the artist's representative.
- 03
Quote & contract
You get a written quote, then a contract you sign online.
- 04
Advance & confirmation
Pay the advance and the booking is confirmed. We coordinate through the event.
Our promise
Every booking, on the record
No chasing agents on the phone, no unclear prices, no advance sent on trust. One team and one booking record from first enquiry to final payout.
Request, never instant
We check the date with the artist's representative before anything is promised to you.
Verified representation
Each profile says who manages the artist — the talent, their agency or our team.
Ranges, then a real quote
Profiles show a fee range. Your final price arrives as a written quote before you commit.
Confirmed means confirmed
A booking is confirmed only after the contract is signed and the advance is paid.
Questions people ask
Why can't I book instantly?
Popular artists get many requests for the same dates. We confirm the date with their representative first, so you never pay for a booking that can't happen.
Why do profiles show a range instead of a price?
The final fee depends on your date, city, set length, travel and production needs. You'll get an itemised, written quote before you commit to anything.
When is my booking confirmed?
Only when four things are done: you've accepted the quote, signed the contract and paid the advance, and the artist's team has accepted. Your booking page shows each step.
How do I pay?
Through a secure payment gateway: UPI, cards or net banking. Usually an advance confirms the booking and the balance is due shortly before the event.
What if the artist cancels?
You get a full refund of what you've paid, or a replacement artist if you'd like one. Cancellations from your side follow the cancellation policy in your contract.
Can I ask for a GST invoice?
Yes. Add your company name and GSTIN to the brief and we'll issue the invoice in that name.
